ORDER

Per Curiam:

Appellant Rolf Rosendahl ("Rosendahl") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County denying his Petition for Expungement ("Petition"), which sought to expunge all of Rosendahl's driving records held by the Missouri Department of Revenue. Rosendahl now asserts two points on appeal. We affirm. A memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order has been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
