ON REMAND FROM THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT

This matter is before us on remand from the Florida Supreme Court following its decision in Harvey v. GEICO General Insurance Co. , 259 So.3d 1 (Fla. 2018), which quashed GEICO General Insurance Co. v. Harvey , 208 So.3d 810, 812 (Fla. 4th DCA 2017). In accordance with the supreme court's mandate, we remand and direct the trial court to reinstate the jury verdict and final judgment.

Affirmed and remanded with instructions.
