HUGHES, J., concurs with the grant of the state's writ application and reinstatement of the ruling of the trial court. Should the defendant testify at trial, however, the subject 911 call will be admissible.

Writ granted. Finding no abuse of discretion in the trial court's factual determinations and analysis under the circumstances of this case, the ruling of the court of appeal is reversed and the order of the trial court excluding the defendant's 911 call as inadmissible hearsay is reinstated.
