First Interim Motion of the Special Master for allowance of fees and disbursements granted, and the Special Master is awarded a total of $195,461.53 for the period November 3, 2014 through April 30, 2015, to be paid as follows: 37.5% by Texas, 37.5% by New Mexico, 20% by the United States, and 5% by Colorado.
