1. Amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio (Gov.Bar R. X(10) ) were adopted April 24, 2018, and are effective January 1, 2019. The final version of the amendments has been published in the May 21, 2018 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor, C.J., and O'Donnell, Fischer, DeWine, and DeGenaro, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
Kennedy, J., dissented from adopting the amendments.
French, J., abstained.
2. Proposed amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio ( Sup.R. 16.02 and 16.20 through 16.24) have been published in the May 21, 2018 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending June 20, 2018.
O'Connor, C.J., and O'Donnell, Kennedy, French, Fischer, DeWine, and DeGenaro, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for comment.
