1. Amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Sup.R. 80 through 89) were adopted August 6, 2019, and are effective January 1, 2021. The final version of the amendments is being published in the August 26, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, French, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, and Stewart, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
2. Proposed amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (new Sup.R. 5.02) are being published in the August 26, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending October 25, 2019.
O'Connor, C.J., and French, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, and Stewart, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for comment.
Kennedy, J., dissents.
3. Proposed amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Sup.R. 16.14, 16.21, and 16.30 through 16.32) are being published in the August 26, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending September 25, 2019.
