Amendments to the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct (Jud.Cond.R. 4.4) were adopted on May 7, 2019, and are effective June 1, 2019. The final version of the amendments will be published in the June 3, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.

O'CONNOR, C.J., and FISCHER, DEWINE, DONNELLY, and STEWART, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.

KENNEDY and FRENCH, JJ, abstained.
