On relator's second motion to hold respondent in contempt, requesting an evidentiary hearing and that respondent be held in contempt for failing to comply with this court's June 25, 2015 order.

Cause remanded to the Board of Professional Conduct to hold a hearing and determine the factual issues raised by relator's motion. The board shall then file its findings of fact with the court.
