{¶ 1} I would grant jurisdiction in this case and hold it for our decision in State v. Gwynne, case No. 2017-1506. Based on the pro se memorandum in support of jurisdiction, this case appears to raise the same substantive issue as Gwynne. I would also appoint counsel to brief this significant issue.
