App. 468, 452 S.E.2d 589 (1995), finding no error in a trial that resulted in a judgment for plaintiff entered on 9 January 1992 and an order filed on 11 June 1992 nunc pro tunc 5 March 1992 by Ross, J., in Superior Court, Guilford County. Heard in the Supreme Court 14 November 1995.
