YTPON this bill filed for the purpose, the court being satisfied ^ that the tenant for life, of Negroes, had threatened to remove them out of the state, and had given reasons to believe he intended to do so ; did decree that he should give security not to remove them — and this decree was also extended to the sice!:, Which was in like circumstances with the Negroes.
