John C. Stanley vs. Turner.

rF,HE court, consisting of Hall, Taylor, and Locke, Judges, unanimously decided, that a possession of lands for seven years, must be adverse, and accompanied with colour of title, to create a bar under the act of 1715, ch. 27. This case had been argued in June Term last, and they had taken time to consider of the opinion till the present Term.
