ET iiF pleaded. — And now on trial, the defendant produced ^ an account, and a witness, who swore the account had been shewn to the plaintiff, who said, if the. witness and defendant will prove it, I will allow it. And further, the witness said that they afterwards swore to it before a justice of the peace.
