Appeal by plaintiff from Bond, J., -at February Term, 1926, of LENOIR.

Civil action for damages brought by plaintiff husband against bis wife’s parents for alienating tbe affections of bis wife and causing ber to desert him.

From a verdict and judgment in favor of defendants, tbe plaintiff appeals, assigning errors.

Shaw, Jones & Jones for plaintiff.

Bouse & Bouse for defendants.

Per Curiam.

Tbe record contains several exceptions which were tbe subject of earnest debate before us, and while they are not altogether free from difficulty, a careful perusal of tbe entire record leaves us witb tbe impression tbat no sufficient evidence, competent to fix tbe defend*815ants with, liability, was offered on tbe bearing of tbe cause. In tbis view of tbe case, we deem it unnecessary to discuss tbe assignments of error.

Tbe verdict and judgment will be upheld.

No error.
