STATE v. THOMAS J. TOLER.

INDICTMENT for unlawfully selling spirituous liquors, beard before Neal, J., at February Term,. 1907, of tbe Superior Court of Obavbn County.

Defendant was convicted and sentenced, and appealed to tbe Supreme Court.
