APPEAL by defendant from Brown (Frank RJ, Judge. Order entered 3 October 1986 in Superior Court, NASH County. Heard in the Court of Appeals 13 May 1987.

On 9 September 1985, the trial court rendered summary judgment against defendant in the amount of $29,889.20. An execution was subsequently issued and returned unsatisfied.

Plaintiff then submitted interrogatories to defendant concerning defendant’s finances pursuant to G.S. 1-352.1. Defendant objected to the interrogatories and moved for a protective order to allow him to refrain from answering the interrogatories. The motion was denied and the trial court ordered defendant to answer *375the interrogatories. From the order of the trial court, defendant appeals.

For the reasons set forth in J. M. Heinike Associates, Inc. v. Vesce, 86 N.C. App. 372, 357 S.E. 2d 409 (1987), we affirm the order of the trial court.
