Action against indemnitor by maker of release of attachment bond, who had been compelled to pay on the bond. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Clyde H. Thompson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1936.
