Prosecution for drawing, etc., check with intent to defraud. Judgment of conviction. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. H. G. Immenhausen, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1926.

Reversed.
