Action to recover purchase price of goods sold by alleged misrepresentation. Judgment for plaintiff. Order vacating judgment as to one defendant. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Joseph W. Sehulman, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1925.
Affirmed.
