Action for breach of contract by failing to accept and pay for goods ordered, sold and delivered. Judgment on verdict for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Edgar A. Jonas, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1925.
Affirmed.
