Prosecution for conspiracy to violate Securities Daw. Judgment of guilty and sentence thereon. Error to the Criminal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1925.

Affirmed.
