Claim against decedent’s estate for balance due on purchase price of automobile. Judgment for claimant. Appeal from the Circuit Cburt of Cook county; the Hon. John A. Swanson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.
Affirmed.
