Prosecution for threatening accusation for violating speed law, with intent to extort money. Defendant convicted. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Samuel H. Trude, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1925.

Reversed.
