Mandamus to compel drainage commissioners to rebuild and reconstruct highway bridge. Decree for petitioners. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Pike county; the Hon. Harry Higbee, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1924.
Affirmed.
