Suit for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by defendant’s train. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Will county; the Hon. Frederick A. Hill, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1924.
Reversed and remanded.
