Suit to recover possession of property claimed under foreclosure of chattel mortgage and attached by the defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Charles Schaefer, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924. Affirmed.
Opinion filed April 13, 1925.
Rehearing denied April 27, 1925. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
