Injunction suit to enjoin defendants from interfering with eonstruction of building. Injunction issued. Appeal from interlocutory order from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Ira Ryner, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.
Reversed.
