Suit to recover balance alleged to be due for real estate brokers’ commissions on sale of defendant’s property. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Laurence B. Jacobs, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.
Affirmed.
