Action for damages under Dram Shop Act. Order denying motion to correct record and judgment. Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Joseph H. Hitch, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1923.
Reversed and remanded with directions.
