Action to rescind contract and recover moneys advanced on fraudulent misrepresentations. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Macon county; the Hon. James S. Baldwin, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1924.
Affirmed.
