Replevin to recover mortgaged automobile held by garage keeper under claim of artisan’s lien. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Harry A. Lewis, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1923.
Reversed with a finding of fact.
