Action for damages for death of person riding in automobile, struck by defendant’s train. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. John J. Sullivan, Judge, presiding.

Rehearing denied March 31, 1924.

Affirmed.
