Charge of drawing and delivering cheek without sufficient funds in bank to pay same. Fine and sentence to House of Correction. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Joseph Burke, Judge, presiding.

Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1923.

Rehearing denied March 24, 1924.

Affirmed.
