Action for personal injuries by conductor of street ear, arising out of collision with freight train. Judgment for plaintiff for $7,500. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. E. S. Smith, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1923.
Affirmed.
