Action for damages for delay in completing contract for work on hotel building, thereby delaying opening of hotel. Judgment for plaintiff for $3,911.01. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Hosea W. Wells, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
