Complaint alleging partnership of complainant and defendant, purchase under partnership agreement of land and flat building thereon for resale, and refusal of defendant to ’carry out said partnership agreement. Decree for complainant. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Charles M. Foell, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1922.
Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
Affirmed.
