Suit to recover $1,600 loaned by plaintiff to former wife during their marriage. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Harry M. Eisher, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1923.
Affirmed.
