Prosecution for selling intoxicating liquor in violation of Prohibition Act of Illinois. Defendant found guilty. Error to the Circuit Court of Livingston county; the Hon. Stevens R. Baker, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1923.

Affirmed.
