Suit for purchase price of consignment of shoes, rejected by vendee as not being according to sample. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. F. J. Campbell, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1923.
Affirmed.
