Action for liquidated damages for holding over after expiration of lease, for removing garbage, etc., and for expenses in forcible detainer suit and costs. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Arnold Heap, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1923.
Affirmed.
