Action in replevin. Writ granted and goods delivered to plaintiff, but finding the goods rightfully held as security for debt. Judgment that sum owing be paid within five days or in default that writ of retorno haiendo issue. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. George B. Holmes, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1923.

Affirmed.
