Indictment for conspiracy to obtain money by a confidence game and by false pretenses. Verdict of guilty. Sentence to jail and fine. Error to the Criminal Court of Cook county; the Hon. Marcus Kavanagh, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1923.

Reversed and remanded.
