Suit for damages for personal injuries caused by street ear striking mail wagon driven by plaintiff and throwing him onto the pavement. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Hugo Pam, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1922.

Affirmed.
