Assumpsit for money loaned and also for sum advanced on contract to buy real estate. Verdict for $2,500 1 ‘with interest.” Judgment for $3,885.42. Error to• the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Harry A. Lewis, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded.
