Suit by taxpayers to enjoin alleged illegal contracts for erection of high school building. Judgment for defendants. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Tazewell county; the Hon. Charles V.-Miles, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
