Bill of interpleader by trustee under will for leave to pay into court certain moneys claimed respectively by son and daughter of testator. Decree for complainant. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Hugo M. Friend, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.

Affirmed.
