Action in tort by administrator of an estate against executor and trustee. Motion to correct a judgment for error in form so as to allow issuance of execution against defendant personally. Decree on motion for complainant. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Francis S. Wilson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
