Bill in equity for moneys paid for care and support of defendant's deceased wife and child, to be recovered from moneys due defendant on benefit certificate in fraternal benefit society. Decree for complainant. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Hugo M. Friend, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
