Suit for damages for personal injuries by a fall from rear porch of apartment occupied under lease from defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Adam C. Ciiffe, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded.
