Assumpsit. to recover commissions for collections for a pretended corporation of which defendant purported to be president. Judgment for defendant. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. William N. Gemmill, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded.
